A thoughtful first impression
Give the connection details a place of their own, so guests can find them when they need them.
Add the property name and a short greeting. Choose a quiet, simple layout that belongs in the room.
Print A6 for a bedside card, or A4 and US Letter for a welcome folder. Download a PNG or SVG for your own printed guide.
When your guest network changes, create a new card. Try the Brand Pack preview to save a reusable design file without the Wi-Fi credentials.
Before your next check-in
Use the exact network name and password. These stay in your browser while the card is generated.
Start with the stay design and add a property name, a greeting, and your preferred color.
Print one copy and try it with a phone in the property. Place the finished card where guests will find it.
Good to know
Many current iPhone and Android cameras recognize Wi-Fi QR codes and offer to join the network. Support can vary, so test with the phones your guests use. You can also print the network and password beneath the QR.
Yes. Make a card for each network. With the Brand Pack preview, download your design settings and import them again before entering the next room’s network details. Design files leave out the network name and password.
The existing printed QR still contains the old password. Create and print an updated card, then replace the old copies in the property and any welcome guides.
No. The QR contains the Wi-Fi details directly and does not send guests through a Mimofi link. Mimofi cannot count scans or confirm successful connections.
